Using Zana

Last updated October 2026. These are short, plain-language terms. We'll update them as Zana grows and tell you when we do.

Who can have an account

Accounts are for grown-ups: a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children play Zana without an account of their own, under the grown-up's account.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One account is for one child's play on the devices you set up.
  • You can download your data or delete your account at any time from the Parent Zone.

Using Zana well

  • Zana is for children's learning and play at home and in the family. Please don't copy, resell or misuse it, or try to get around its security.
  • Zana's characters, games, stories, recorded voices and artwork belong to Zana. Drawings your child makes are yours.

Zana as it is

We work hard to keep Zana safe, working and available, including offline, but we can't promise it will never have a problem. We may change, add or remove features as Zana grows.

Your information

How we look after your family's information is in the Privacy Notice.
